5 hours for $599 (broken up into 2 classes)
Includes the cost of food. Each additional person is $50.

Introduction and shopping list of anti-inflammatory foods*, two homemade salad
dressings, two main entrees, three side dishes, and two sauces
Sample Cooking Class Menu
Salad dressings: Lemon thyme vinaigrette and blackberry balsamic dressing
Entrees: Pecan crusted salmon with honey Dijon glaze; Asian stir fry with shrimp,
ginger, broccoli, mushrooms over edamame noodles with sweet chili sauce
Side dishes: Wild mushroom and quinoa risotto with parsley and truffle Italian
cheese; stuffed peppers with black beans, squash, millet, cheese and southwest
seasoning; roasted beets and kale with basil oil
Sauces: Chimichurri sauce – great on grilled steaks and salmon; cilantro and red
pepper sauce – great on grilled vegetables
