Depending on your needs, we may need to start with a consultation and kitchen makeover. The makeover is basically helping the client understand the foods that heal and how they can incorporate them into their daily diet.

Healthy Start Kitchen Refresher – $975

Includes:

1 hour consultation

Two cooking lessons – 5 hours total of personal instruction with chef

Refreshing of Pantry and Refrigerator – $100 worth of groceries

Ten prepared meals – five unique dinners total with two portions each
