Thank you sincerely for your BeneFIT bowl orders and
spreading the word to people that are quarantined as it provides a valuable
service to them.  There are many elderly in our community whom this is a
very viable option for them during these unexpected and unprecedented
times.  I am ramping up the bowls for this coming week anticipating there
will be a continued increase in orders. 

Additionally for individuals in the Elk Grove area, I am
going to be offering gourmet dinner deliveries on Friday and Saturday
nights and potentially Wednesdays too.  The minimum order is two orders
per household.  The price for this weekend’s dinner is $39 per
person.  There is no delivery charge if you are on the west side of Elk
Grove.  For the east side it is $5.  Orders must be made by email or
text by Thursday (TOMORROW) at noon and just let me know if you would like
Friday or Saturday delivery.  Moving forward I will give you more advance
notice of the menu.  Dinners will be delivered warm and ready to eat.

night’s dinner menu is:

Pecan crusted salmon with honey Dijon glaze, OR

Roasted prime rib with horseradish cream sauce

Plus,

Garlic and gruyere Yukon gold mashed potatoes

French green beans with white wine butter sauce

And,

Because the grocery stores are rationing products I need a
couple days advance notice so I can make multiple trips as needed.  Thank
