Return Policy

How many days do I have to return a product?

You will have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return any damaged items.

Your item must be unused in order for refund, exchange or credit to be given.

How will I receive my refund? (credit or replacement)

All damaged items will be refunded. Besides damaged items My Healing Chef

will determine whether a refund, replacement or credit will be issued back to the customer.

Who pays for shipping to return the product?

Return shipping costs are not covered by My Healing Chef. There will be a $25 processing fee for any personalized Cancer Fighting Gift Boxes returns made.
